At his lesson he learned that his Sensie likes them to listen, pay attention, and show respect. Specifically when standing in line they are supposed to “Be Focused”, “Be Quiet”, and “Be Still”. They also learned how to properly bow, did a very short meditation, and learned to take turns in line.
The class ended with a game where the Sensie tossed tennis balls at the students. If hit the student had to go behind the Sensie and do ten push-ups and then sit with legs split.
