Eli got a new pair of mittens yesterday that have red flames on them. In order to get him to wear them, I told him they were his fireball mittens. Hey, you do what ya have to do to get the job done. So, last night he was throwing fireballs everywhere.
Of course this morning, he’s continued to throw fireballs. I’m trying to get his coat on him as he’s steady throwing fireballs. So, I get the coat on him and I get a kiss. He says….
“That was a hot mommy kiss!”
Needless to say, Jay and I just howled. I gave my three year old hot mommy kiss!
Yes, that’s right. I’m nominated for parent of the year!
